About The S.I.S.T.A.H.S. Ministry

OUR VISION

Uniting women and teenage girls to impact their world is the heart beat of The S.I.S.T.A.H.S Ministry International through partnering together in ministries of evangelism and compassion, to train, empower, support and encourage.

OUR MISSION

The S.I.S.T.A.H.S Ministry International gives leadership to at-risk teens, teen mothers, victims of domestic violence, authors, poets, women with business and other ministries. Through a shared vision and the empowering of the Holy Spirit, The SISTAHS Ministry works within the principles of the Bible to obey the great commandment and the great commission, carrying out Christ’s redeeming work of love, mercy, and justice in the world.

DOCTRINAL STATEMENT

The S.I.S.T.A.H.S Ministry International and it's many ministry outreaches believe in the Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible and irrefutable Word of God. We believe that personal salvation and forgiveness of sins is obtained only through:

* ~ Admission that we are sinners (Romans 3:23)

* ~ Belief that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God and that he was crucified, died for our sins (Romans 5:8), and that He rose again on the third day. (John 20:8)

* ~ Confess with our mouth that Jesus Christ is our personal savior (Romans 10:9)

Submission Guidelines

SISTAH Talk E-Magazine is committed to empowering, informing and inspiring women and teenage girls toward a closer walk with Christ, and to providing resources to assist in daily living and personal growth. If you are, or were ever, a church-going woman, then there is a high likelihood that you have experienced some form of male chauvinism or sexism in the church. Some churches are not nearly as sexist and chauvinistic as others, but many churches have some degree of it.
