As we all tend to do until we come into the knowledge and wisdom of God, for years she attended "Bedside Baptist" and did things on her own, searching for happiness in all the wrong places. Through her niece, Sister Butler was introduced to Pastor Lannet Mayberry of Ecc'Lesia Christian Ministries, a newly formed congregation. After several months of visiting she joined, and under the guidance and teaching of Pastor Mayberry, Sister Butler began to develop an intimate relationship with the Lord and allow the Holy Spirit to lead her into true happiness and real direction. She is being led into the spiritual gift of teaching.
Coming into the knowledge of how much God loves us and wants us to depend on Him in seeking and asking Him for everything, and waiting for His response, allows her to be filled with Joy and her prayer is that she be able to tell and express to everyone the love of the Lord thy God.
